摘要 采用化学氧化改性活性炭来处理染料废水,通过Boehmd官能团滴定法、扫描电子显微镜以及傅里叶红外光谱仪对活性炭的含氧官能团和微观结构进行研究。分析了改性活性炭在不同的投加量、初始浓度、吸附时间、温度、溶液p H值等反应条件下对亚甲基蓝溶液吸附效果的影响。结果表明:随着硝酸体积分数的增大,改性活性炭所含含氧官能团越多,孔结构越明显;当活性炭的投加量为0.5g,亚甲基蓝溶液的浓度为15 mg/L,时间为210 min时,吸附接近平衡,随着溶液p H的升高,活性炭对亚甲基蓝的去除率提高,最高可达88.3%。 Dye wastewater was treated by chemical oxidation modified activated carbon.The oxygen-containing functional groups and microstructure of the activated carbon were studied by Boehmd functional group titration,scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The effect of different activated carbon dosage,initial concentration,adsorption time,adsorption temperature and pH value on the adsorption of methylene blue was investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of nitric acid volume fraction,the more oxygen-containing functional groups the modified activated carbon contained,the more obvious the pore structure.When the dosage of activated carbon was 0.5 g,the concentration of methylene blue solution was 15 mg/L and the time was 210 min,the adsorption was close to equilibrium.With the increase of pH value of the solution,the removal rate of methylene blue by activated carbon increased to 88.3%.
