摘要
油气开采面临着严峻的挑战,高含CO2等腐蚀性组分的油气田的相继出现,CO2在潮湿环境中会引起金属材质工具局部腐蚀,使得金属设备及井下工具发生早期腐蚀失效,导致钻杆、套管、油管等井下工具的使用寿命缩短。利用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪对N80钢和J55钢材料的腐蚀产物进行成分、腐蚀形貌、能谱分析,最终发现N80材料更容易腐蚀,且存在严重的电偶腐蚀。
Oil and gas exploration faces severe challenges because successively occurring oil and gas fields with high corrosive components such as CO2 causes partial corrosion of metal material tools in humid environment,resulting in early corrosion failure of metal equipments and downhole tools,resulting in shortened service life of downhole tools such as drill pipe,casing and tubing.In this paper,the corrosion products of N80 and J55 materials were analyzed by using x-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.Finally,it was found that N80 materials were more prone to corrosion and had serious galvanic corrosion.
