电化学掺铜(Ⅱ)普鲁士蓝膜修饰电极的制备及其对苯酚的测定

摘要 以玻碳电极作为基底材料,采用电化学沉积法在玻碳表面沉积一层PB膜,然后进行CV扫描掺杂Cu2+,从而制得掺杂Cu2+的类PB膜修饰电极。通过CV、CA研究了苯酚在Cu-PB膜修饰电极的电化学行为及其电化学动力学性质。研究表明:掺杂Cu2+的类普鲁士蓝膜对苯酚存在电催化作用,而纯PB膜对苯酚无电催化作用。测定的线性范围5.5×10^-6~1×10^-4 mol/L,检出限5×10^-6 mol/L。 Using a glassy carbon electrode as a base material,electrochemical deposition was used to deposit a layer of Prussian blue film on the surface of glassy carbon.Then,the Prussian blue film modified electrode doped with copper(II)ions was prepared by cyclic voltammetry.The electrochemical behavior and electrochemical kinetics of phenol in Cu-PB film modified electrode were studied by cyclic voltammetry and timing current method.The results showed that the Prussian blue membrane doped with copper(II)ions had an electrocatalytic effect on phenol and PB film had no electrocatalytic effect on phenol;The linear range was 5.5×10^-6~1×10^-4 mol/L,the detection limit was 5×10^-6 mol/L.
