摘要
通过测试乳化剂水溶液的表面张力,计算其临界胶束浓度,然后测试在临界胶束浓度下,测试乳化剂水溶液与沥青模拟油的界面张力来评价乳化剂对于沥青的乳化能力。应用此方法,针对中海油36-170号沥青,成功筛选出了适用于路面冷再生用乳化沥青的乳化剂,以其制备的乳化沥青粒度小、稳定性好,并通过了乳化沥青及其混合料的性能验证。
The critical micelle concentration was calculated by testing the surface tension of the aqueous solution with emulsifier,and then the interfacial tension between the emulsifier aqueous solution and the simulated asphalt oil was tested at the critical micelle concentration to evaluate the emulsifying ability of the emulsifier for asphalt.Using this method,the emulsifier suitable for the emulsified asphalt for cold recycling of pavement was successfully screened for CNOOC 36-1 70#asphalt.The emulsified asphalt prepared by the method had small particle size and good stability.
