驱油用化学聚合物性能评价实验

摘要 化学聚合物驱油原理是通过水溶性高分子聚合物增加注入水的的黏度,从而改善流度比,进而扩大波及体积,提高采油速度和原油采收率。聚合物溶液的增黏性能是其驱油特性的最主要参数,影响聚合物黏度的主要因素有聚合物的分子结构、分子量、浓度、地层水或注入水矿化度、温度以及地层剪切作用。通过评价聚合物的增黏性能、耐盐性、抗剪切性,评价比较聚合物的驱油能力。通过室内实验,测定了4种聚合物A、B、C、D的黏浓曲线,得到了聚合物剪切前后的黏度数据,以及聚合物在不同矿化度时的黏度。 The principle of chemical polymer flooding is to increase the viscosity of injected water with water-soluble polymer,thereby improving the mobility ratio and expanding the sweep volume to improve oil recovery rate and crude oil recovery.Viscosity enhancement of polymer solution is the most important parameter of its oil displacement characteristics.The main factors affecting polymer viscosity include polymer molecular structure,molecular weight,concentration,salinity of formation water or injection water,temperature and formation shear action.In this paper,the oil displacement ability of the polymer was evaluated and compared by evaluating the viscosity increase performance,salt and shear resistance of the polymer.The viscosity-concentration curves of four polymers A,B,C and D were measured by laboratory experiments.The viscosity data before and after shearing and the viscosity of polymers at different salinities were obtained.
