CAESARⅡis a pipe stress analysis software developed by COADE company.This software is one of the most widely used pipe stress analysis software,which is simple in operation,simple in interface,suitable for various industries,fast in calculation and reliable in results.In this paper,CAESARⅡsoftware was introduced as well as its application used in petroleum,chemical,electric power and other industries.At the same time,the content of pipe stress analysis was explained,including static analysis and dynamic analysis.The application process of CAESARⅡsoftware was summarized,and the meaning of common condition codes was explained.The calculation example was listed,the calculation results were analyzed,and the modification scheme was proposed to further explain how to apply CAESARⅡsoftware to analyze the pipe stress.
