糖胺聚糖类成分广泛存在于动物药中,由于它具有潜在的生物活性,近年来备受关注。它的结构决定它在某些疾病的治疗方面具有优良效果,而且不仅在治疗方面存在巨大价值,在保健及食品应用中也具有一定价值。糖胺聚糖的研究在一定程度上为社会带来一定经济效益。就动物中糖胺聚糖的结构、提取方法、药理作用、临床疗效研究进行了综述。

The glycosaminoglycan component,which is widely used in animal medicines,has attracted much attention in recent years because of its potential biological activity.Its structure determines that it has good effect in the treatment of certain diseases.The research of glycosaminoglycan brings economic benefits to the society to a certain extent.In this article,the research progress in structures,extraction methods,pharmacological action and clinical effect of glycosaminoglycan was mainly reviewed.
