摘要
采用高分子絮凝剂(聚合氯化铝PAC、两种阳离子聚丙烯酰胺CPAM)对抚顺市两大污水处理厂(三宝屯和海新厂)的活性污泥进行絮凝实验,通过对污泥沉降性能的测定,污泥沉降体积比、泥饼含水率、污泥浓度、悬浮物、COD和氨氮实验表征絮凝剂效果,最后得出针对本厂水质的絮凝剂优化条件。同时采用高岭土替代污泥样品,从理论上模拟高岭土Al-O/Si-O表面与CPAM的相互作用。结果表明,CPAM与Si-O表面之间的相互作用较强,CPAM更容易吸附在Si-O表面上。
The flocculation experiments of active sludge from two sewage treatment companies(Sanbaotun company and Haixin company)in Fushun city were carried out by using polymer flocculants(poly-aluminum chloride PAC,two kinds of cationic polyacrylamide CPAM).By measuring the sedimentation properties of the sludge,the sludge sedimentation volume ratio,cake moisture content,the concentration of the sludge,suspended solids,COD and ammonia experiments,the flocculant optimization conditions were obtained in the end.Meanwhile,kaolin was used to replace the sludge samples for theoretically simulating the interaction between the Al-O/Si-O surface of kaolin and CPAM.The results showed that the interaction between CPAM and Si-O surface was stronger;CPAM was more easily adsorbed on the surface of the Si-O surface.
