摘要
利用煤制甲醇气化工段废弃炉渣制备炉渣吸附剂,并将其用于洗煤废水处理,取得了良好的效果。实验结果表明,当洗煤废水pH值为4,投加0.3 g/L的炉渣吸附剂和0.04 g/L的鸡毛角蛋白助凝剂,搅拌10 min后静置20 min,吸附率R达到最大99.33%。此外,通过与工业用PAM、PAC等水处理助剂对洗煤废水处理结果进行比较,发现在特定条件下,炉渣吸附剂对洗煤废水的吸附效果优于PAM、PAC等常用水处理助剂,这也为废弃炉渣的循环再利用提供了一条新思路。
The slag adsorbent was prepared by using waste slag from the gasification process in the coal-to-methanol unit.And then it was used to treat the coal washing wastewater,and good effect was obtained.The results showed that,when pH of the coal washing wastewater was 4,the slag adsorbent dosage was 0.3 g/L,the chicken hair keratin coagulant dosage was 0.04 g/L,the stirring time was 10 min,the adsorption rate R reached 99.33%.Its treatment effect for coal washing wastewater was compared with that of conventional water processing flocculant PAM and PAC,and it’s pointed out that its treatment effect for coal washing wastewater was better than PAM and PAC.
