摘要
为了观察比较野生与养殖全蝎冻干粉水提液中主要成分含量及其抗病毒作用,分别采用改良Lowry法测定蛋白质含量,阿利新蓝法测定糖胺聚糖含量,重量法测定醇提物含量,MTT法考察两种全蝎水提成分对HSV、RSV、EV71病毒的抑制作用。结果蛋白质含量、糖胺聚糖含量差异均无统计学意义。两者对病毒的抑制效果比较中,养殖全蝎水提液效果优于野生全蝎。经过两者间几个主要成分含量的比较以及抗病毒抑制作用的比较,野生与养殖全蝎原粉水提液中主要化学成分含量变化不大,但养殖全蝎抗病毒作用优于野生全蝎。
To observe and compare the content of main components and its antiviral effect of water extracts of wild and cultivated scorpion freeze-dried powder,the protein content was determined by modified Lowry method,the glycosaminoglycan content was determined by Alcian blue method and the content of extract of alcohol was determined by refluxing method;MTT assay was used to investigate the inhibitory effects of two water extracts on HSV,RSV and EV71 viruses.The experimental data showed that there was no statistically significant difference in protein content and glycosaminoglycan content.In the comparison of inhibitory effect of two viruses,the effect of cultured whole scorpion water extract was better than that of wild whole scorpion water extract.After comparing the content of several main components and the antiviral inhibition between the two water extracts,the content of main chemical components in wild and cultured scorpion water extracts did not change much,but the anti-viral effect of cultured scorpion was better than that of wild scorpion.
