摘要
考察了SBR胶乳掺量对改性乳化沥青乳化性能及蒸发残留物基本性质、流变性质的影响,并对蒸发残留物显微结构形态进行了观察。SBR的加入对改性乳化沥青乳化性能影响较小。随着SBR胶乳掺量的增大,蒸发残留物软化点升高、延度增大、针入度降低,通过流变分析,其高低温性能均得到改善。在显微镜下,随着掺量的增大,SBR颗粒在沥青中分布逐渐密集,掺量达到5%后,出现聚集成网状结构趋势。
The effect of SBR latex content on the emulsifying properties,the basic properties and rheological properties of modified emulsified bitumen were investigated.The microstructure and morphology of the evaporated residue were observed.The results showed that the addition of SBR had little effect on the emulsifying performance of modified emulsified asphalt.With the increase of the SBR latex content,the softening point of the evaporation residue increased,the ductility increased and the penetration decreased,and the high and low temperature performance both were improved.Under the microscope,with the increase of the SBR content,the distribution of SBR particles in the asphalt gradually increased.When the content reached 5%,the network structure appeared.
