摘要
选择铝渣与废玻璃作为沸石的制作原料,表征了制得的产品微观结构特征,分析了不同工艺参数条件下的沸石吸附性能。参数对吸附量的影响实验得到:当沸石的加入量上升后,吸附量逐渐减小;添加量达到2.0 g后,吸附量变得缓慢,沸石添加量设定为2.0 g是最优的。在3~4的pH值内,吸附量快速上升;在4~9的pH值内,吸附量发生了缓慢上升,将pH值设定为4是最优的。随着振荡频率逐渐增大至120r/min,吸附量线性上升;介于120~180 r/min内,吸附量先增大后逐渐降低,将振荡频率设定为120 r/min是最优的。随着接触时间在45 min前,吸附量快速增加;之后吸附量略微升高,将接触时间设定为最佳的1 h。
Aluminum slag and waste glass were selected as raw materials to prepare artificial zeolite,and its microstructure was characterized.The influence of parameters on the adsorption capacity was analyzed.The results showed that when the amount of zeolite increased,the adsorption capacity decreased gradually;After the addition amount reached 2.0 g,the adsorption became slow,and the best addition amount of zeolite was 2.0 g.Within the pH value of 3~4,the adsorption amount increased rapidly.Within the pH value of 4~9,the adsorption capacity increased slowly,and the best pH value was 4.As the oscillation frequency increased to 120 r/min,the adsorption increased linearly.Within the range of 120~180 r/min,the adsorption increased first and then gradually decreased,and the best oscillation frequency was 120 r/min.When the contact time was less than 45 min,the adsorption increased rapidly.After that,the adsorption increased slightly,and the best contact time was 1 h.
