摘要
为了降低高吸水树脂的生产成本,并提高吸水率,结合当前的合成方法,提出一种基于水溶液聚合的树脂制备方法。在制备实验中,选用常见的花生壳和丙烯酸作为实验的基本原材料,然后采用水溶液聚合的方法进行合成。最后,选取吸水倍率和亚甲基蓝吸附两个指标,对合成树脂的性能进行评价。结果表明,用花生壳掺量为7%的高吸水树脂,在pH=7和室温条件下进行亚甲基蓝吸附试验,无论是高吸水树脂成本,还是吸水倍率和亚甲基蓝吸附量,都有着非常明显的优势。
In order to improve the water absorption of superabsorbent resin and reduce the preparation cost,a preparation method of resin based on aqueous solution polymerization was proposed.In this experiment,peanut shell and acrylic acid were used as raw materials to synthesize superabsorbent resin by aqueous solution polymerization method,and the water absorption and methylene blue adsorption were evaluated.The results showed that the superabsorbent resin with 7%peanut shell had obvious advantages in cost,water absorption and methylene blue adsorption.
