项目HAZOP分析的策划实施和质量控制探究

HAZOP分析是工艺危害研究和可操作性问题探讨的主要方法之一,但是如何做好统筹策划、使其分析完整和具有深度,并在后续设计中确保其建议项到有效地落实,做好HAZOP分析全部相关过程的工作,追求其总体价值最大化,这些问题目前还没有引起足够的重视,而且在此方面所见文献甚少。通过对项目全过程HAZOP分析的策划和实施过程介绍、质量影响因素和相应控制措施进行分析探究,提出了解决这些问题的方法,形成一个以HAZOP为核心的工艺安全控制体系和设计安全保障体系,并在实践中加以运用,取得了较好效果。

HAZOP analysis is one of the main methods for process hazard identification and operability issues study,but how to make an overall planning to attain a complete and deep analysis,and ensure that the recommendations are implemented in a solid and effective manner in the subsequent design has not yet attracted sufficient attention,as well as how to well do all the work related to HAZOP analysis to pursue the maximization of the total value.And there is very little literature on this aspect.In this paper,planning and execution process of HAZOP analysis of the whole project process were introduced,quality impact factors and corresponding control measures were analyzed and researched.At last,the methods for solving these problems were proposed,and the HAZOP-based process safety control system and design safety assurance system were formed.And these methods and systems were applied in practice,and good results were achieved.
