The low emission emptying method of 800 kt/a ethylene plant in Fushun petrochemical company was introduced.The method can avoid the direct emission of hydrocarbons materials to the torch system,and can maximally recycle the materials,at the same time,the subsequent replacement time can be shortened to realize true low-emission shutdown,achieving significant economic benefits and good environmental benefits.
