盘龙七的质量分析研究

Quality Analysis of Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae

对不同产地的盘龙七药材进行质量分析和评价。实验依据《中国药典》,采用显微鉴别、理化鉴别、薄层鉴别对盘龙七药材进行鉴别;对其水分、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、挥发性醚溶性浸出物进行测定;采用高效液相色谱法同时测定盘龙七药材中岩白菜素和儿茶素含量。结果表明:不同产地盘龙七药材中所含水分、浸出物、岩白菜素和儿茶素含量存在差异,为建立盘龙七质量标准提供依据。

The quality of Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae of different areas was analyzed and evaluated.Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae from different areas was identified through microscopical identification,physicochemical identification and thin layer chromatography identification.The water content,the water-soluble extraction content,alcoholic-soluble extraction content and ether-soluble extraction content of Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae were determined.The contents of bergenin and catechin in Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae were determined simultaneously by HPLC.The results showed that the water extract,soluble extraction content,bergenin and catechin contents in Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae from different areas were different.The proposed method can be used to evaluate the quality of Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae.
