摘要
开发了'海泥基农药缓释剂的制备与缓释性能'的开放性创新实验。通过SEM、接触角、N2吸脱附等方法对海泥进行表征,测定模型药物上载量和缓释曲线,并通过释放动力学模型探讨缓释机理。该实验的开设有利于培养学生创新意识和创新能力。
An open innovation experiment'Preparation and sustained-release performance of sea mud-based pesticide sustained release agent'was exploited.The sea mud was characterized by SEM,contact angle,N2 adsorption and desorption methods.The model drug loading capacity and sustained-release curves were measured,and the release mechanism was discussed by the release kinetics model.This experiment is beneficial to cultivating students’innovative consciousness and innovative ability.
