摘要
为形成新的注采井网,缩小注采井距,补充地层能量,抑制底水锥进,充分挖掘剩余油富集区潜力,对本布图油田焉2区块西北部低效井实施了套管开窗侧钻技术。由于前期施工经验不足以及侧钻小井眼段煤层多、地层研磨强、裸眼段长、地层压力异常等因素影响,初期施工的前2口井钻井速度慢、钻井周期长;通过优化技术措施,调整施工方案和认真施工,后续4口井的钻井周期大幅缩短,逐步探索出一套适合该区块侧钻井施工的技术。
In order to form new injection-production well pattern,narrow injection-production well spacing,complement formation energy,and inhibiting bottom water coning,the potential of remaining oil enrichment region should be fully excavated.And therefore,the casing window side-tracking technology has been carried out in inefficient wells of northwest Yan-2 block of Ben Butu oilfield.Due to insufficient prophase construction experience,multiple coal seam of sidetracking slim hole section,strong grinding formation,long open hole intervals,abnormal formation pressure and etc.,the early construction of 2 wells are of slow well drilling,long periods and low penetration rate.Through optimizing the technical measures and various planned measures,serious construction should be timely adjusted and planned,and then the drilling cycle of follow-up4 wells has been significantly shortened,and the lateral drilling construction technology appropriate for the block has been worked out step by step.
