The following-up, medication and rehabilitation of coronary artery bypass surgery

冠心病是社区常见病,冠心病的主要治疗手段有3种,药物保守治疗、经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)和冠状动脉搭桥手术(CABG)治疗。对于左主干病变、三支病变、合并糖尿病、长病变、复杂病变的患者,搭桥手术是更适合的治疗方法。为了提高冠状动脉搭桥术的远期疗效,术后需服用抗血小板药物,β-阻滞剂及硝酸脂类药物,并进行定期复查和维持有效的生活方式指导。

Coronary heart disease is a common disease in the community and it has three main therapies including medication conservative treatment, percutaneous coronary intervention treatment and coronary artery bypass surgery. Coronary artery bypass surgery is a more suitable therapy for the patients with left main lesions, three lesions, combined diabetes, long lesions or complicated lesions. In order to raise the long-term effects, the antiplatelet drugs, beta-blockers, nitrates, regular reexamination and effective life style guidance should be taken after operation.
