四川省部分社区居民健康教育效果评估

Assess of the health education effect of some part community residents in Sichuan province

目的:了解和评价我省社区卫生服务中心实施国家基本公共卫生服务项目的效果,促进我省基本公共卫生服务逐步均等化、推动9类国家基本公共卫生服务项目落实。方法:随机抽取四川省7个地级市14家社区卫生服务中心服务对象429人,进行面对面问卷调查。结果:居民健康知识知晓率为40.6%,Logistic回归分析显示:教师、公务员、管理人员及文化程度高者知晓率高;居民健康行为形成率为91.4%,Logistic回归分析显示:女性、年龄大和健康知识知晓者健康行为形成率较高。结论:居民健康知识知晓率还有较大提升空间,健康知识的提高有助于健康行为的形成。

Objective :To learn and evaluate the effect that Sichuan province implements the national basic public health service items, to accelerate these public health service gradual acquits and really promote the implementation of nine categories of public health service items. Method :429 community residents in 14 community health service centers in 7 districts and cities in Sichuan Province were chosen at the random sample and they were interviewed face to face with questionnaire. Results :The health education awareness of the subjects was 40.6%. With logistic regression analysis, the health knowledge awareness of the teachers, government staff, management personnel and high education people was high. The residents’ health behaviour formation rate was 91.4%. With logistic regression analysis, female and aged people had highly formation of health behaviour with the awareness of health knowledge. Conclusion :The residents’ health knowledge awareness has rather big space to raise and enhancing health knowledge is able to form the health behaviour.
