南京市城区医疗卫生资源配置均衡性分析

A Study on the balance of allocation for medical and health resources in downtown of Nanjing

目的:评价南京市城区主要医疗卫生资源配置的均衡性,为提高南京市医疗卫生资源的可及性提供参考依据。方法:采用Lorenz curve和Gini coefficient对2009年南京市6个城区主要医疗卫生资源进行评价。结果:医疗卫生机构数、床位数、医生数、注册护士数、药师数按人口分布的基尼系数分别为0.07、0.25、0.20、0.25、0.19,按地理分布的基尼系数分别为0.42、0.58、0.54、0.58、0.53。结论:南京市城区主要医疗卫生资源在人口配置上已经达到较好的均衡性,但是在地理配置上不尽合理,均衡性有待提高。

Objective:To evaluate the balance of allocation for main medical and health resources in downtown of Nanjin,and provide the reference for improving accessibility of medical and health resources.Methods:The balance of allocation for medical and health resources was analyze in 6 areas of Nanjing in 2009 by means of Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient.Results:Gini coefficient of the number of medical institutions,beds,doctors,registered nurses and pharmacists by local population distribution was 0.07,0.25,0.20,0.25,0.19,respectively.In the aspect of geographic distribution,Gini coefficient was 0.42,0.58,0.54,0.58,0.53,respectively.Conclusion:The allocation for the main medical and health resources according to local population in downtown has arrived at a perfect status,but it is not quite reasonable by geographic distribution and the balance should be further enhanced.
