长输管道成品油分输站作为成品油贸易交接的一个重要窗口,探索如何交接不亏具有十分重要的意义。针对分输站具体情况,分别从体积管检定、质量流量计检定和质量流量计零点3方面出发,分析了影响贸易交接的因素,并提出保证贸易交接不亏的相应措施。
The offtake station of long-distance product oil is an important window for product oil trade handover, it is of great significance to explore how to make the transfer without loss. In view of the specific situation of the distribution stations, the factors affecting the trade handover are analyzed from the verification of volume tube, the verification and zero point of mass flowmeter, and the corresponding trade handover no-loss methodisputforward.
