GLZ型高压流量自控仪示值误差的测量不确定度评定

摘要 GLZ型高压流量自控仪作为阀组注水井的主要计量仪表,为确保精细注水的应用要求,达到合水油田原油增产、稳产的良好效果,故对其精度要求较高。通过对GLZ型高压流量自控仪示值误差重复性、标准表及系统引入的不确定度的计算,进行测量结果不确定度评定,得出合成不确定度为0.61%,能够较好地应用于注水单井计量,该评定为以后的校准工作提供了依据。 GLZ high-pressure flow-rate auto-control instrument is the main metering instrument of valve group injection wells. In order to ensure the requirement of fine water injection and achieve the good effect of increasing and stabilizing production of crude oil in Heshui Oilfield, the accuracy of the flow-rate auto-control instrument is required to be high. The repeatability of indicating value and the uncertainty of indication error of GLZ high-pressure flow auto-control instrument are evaluated, it is shown that the uncertainty of its measurement results is 0.61%. It shows that the high-pressure flow auto-control instrument can be well applied to single well measurement of water injection. The evaluation of the uncertainty of indication error of GLZ high-pressure flow auto-control instrument provides a basis for future calibration work of the instrument.
