通过收集、调研近年来国际能源化工公司的年度报告、可持续发展报告以及各种公开资料,首次系统对比了国际能源化工公司安全绩效指标的设置情况及其安全绩效,分析了国内外各大能源化工企业在安全管理方面的差距。从系统化、安全文化、过程安全管理、安全责任落实、承包商管理、事故事件管理、应急管理、审核和评估8个方面,提炼出了国际各大能源化工公司的优秀做法,对国内企业改进安全管理理念,提升安全绩效具有重要的借鉴意义。

By collecting the annual reports, sustainable development reports and various public information of international energy chemical companies in recent years, the safety performance indicators of the international energy chemical companies were systematically compared, and the safety performance of major energy chemical enterprises at home and abroad was analyzed. The excellent practices of the major international energy chemical companies are refined from eight aspects of systematization, safety culture, process safety management, implementation of safety responsibility, management of contractors, accident management, emergency management, audit and evaluation, which is of great significance to the improvement of safety management concepts and safety performance of domestic energy chemical enterprises.
