摘要
井下作业是油气田施工条件最恶劣的工程项目,必须按照石油天然气行业规范执行,川西地区丛式井老井挖潜井下作业施工,受客观条件限制不能完全满足行业规范要求。对丛式井站内老井挖潜井下作业风险因素进行分析评价,并从场地条件、设备安装、技术管理等方面作出相应安全管理措施研究。提出了采用隔离栏(板)保护管线及人员安全、新设备解决防喷器闸板手动锁紧问题等丛式井站内井下作业安全管理的对策,新方法的采用,提高了修井机底座基础受力强度。
Downhole operation is the engineering project of the worst construction conditions in oil and gas fields, which must be carried out in accordance with the specifications of the oil and gas industry. Limited by objective conditions, the downhole operation of cluster wells in old well production potential tapping of West Sichuan can not fully meet the requirements of industry standards. In this paper,the risk factors of downhole operation of old wells in cluster well station are analyzed and evaluated, and the corresponding safety management measures are put forward from the aspects of site conditions, equipment installation and technical management: protecting the pipeline and personnel safety by using isolation barrier(plate), solving the manual locking problem of BOP gate, and improving the mechanical strength of workover rig base by new method.
