摘要
为了摸索特高含水期分类油层的调剖量化调整方法,通过数理统计分析及现场试验,对薄差油层浅调剖技术以及厚油层对应调堵提高采收率技术进行了研究。研究结果表明:对于薄差油层调剖前目的层相对吸水量大于全井的40%时,调剖后目的层相对吸水量下降幅度才能达到50%以上;当井组含水率低于92%时,浅调剖对减缓产量自然递减贡献较大;当井组含水率高于92%时,浅调剖对控制能耗增长速度贡献较大;调剖井调剖前启动压力控制在3~8 MPa时,调剖后才具有较好的经济效益。对于厚油层采取的对应调堵技术可以有效提高采收率,对应调堵比单一油、水井调剖,投入产出比分别提高了56%和39%。
In order to discuss the quantitative adjustment method of profile control for classified reservoirs in ultra-high water-cut stage,the technology of enhancing oil recovery by shallow profile control of thin and poor reservoirs and corresponding profile-control plugging of thick reservoirs was studied through mathematical statistics analysis and field tests.The results show that for the thin and poor reservoirs,when the relative water absorption of the target formation is more than 40%of the total well before profile control,the relative water absorption of the target formation can be reduced by more than 50%after profile control;when the water content of the well group is less than 92%,the shallow profile control contributes more to the natural decline of production,and when the water content of the well group is higher than 92%,the shallow profile control contributes more to the control of energy consumption growth rate;when the prestart pressure of control profile wells is controlled between 3 MPa and 8 MPa,better economic benefits can be obtained only after profile control.For thick reservoirs,the corresponding profile-control and plugging technology can effectively improve oil recovery,and compared with the profile control effect of oil wells and water injection wells,their input-output ratio of the corresponding profile control and plugging technology increases by 56%and 39%respectively.
