摘要
总结和有效利用学校现有的国家级自动化实验教学示范中心及省级质量工程等项目的建设成果,对自动化学科实践创新人才培养的实践教学进行了改革与创新探讨,提出了适合于学科和专业交叉融合发展,以实践与创新能力培养为主线,分阶段、多层次、多模块相互衔接实施的人才培养实践教学与实践创新理念,系统地构建了新的"理论+实验+实践+设计+培训"专业实践创新人才培养的实践教学体系,较明显地提高了学生的实践动手能力与创新能力。
Aiming at cultivating innovative talents of automation disciplines,this paper discusses the reform measures and innovation system of practical teaching,which are based on the present achievements of years of reform on practical teaching,including state-level and province-level quality engineering projects,such as 'Automation Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center.'This paper puts forward a new idea to improve the practical teaching,which focuses on cultivating practical and innovative abilities,adopts a phased,multilevel and multi-module teaching schema to construct a new practical teaching system merging 'Theory + Experiment+ Practice + Design + Training.'Our practice shows that the proposed approach can help students to improve their abilities of practice and innovation effectively.
