硝酸活化花生壳处理含铬废水研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过硝酸活化花生壳,用于吸附废水中Cr(VI),并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对活化前后的花生壳表面官能团进行表征。结果表明:经硝酸活化后的花生壳对Cr(VI)的最佳吸附条件为:pH=2、吸附温度为60℃、投料量为5g/L、吸附时间为95min,此时吸附效率高达95.14%,比未经活化处理的花生壳的吸附效率提高了21.02%;经硝酸活化后,花生壳表面含有大量羟基和羧基,从而提高了对Cr(VI)的吸附作用。 The common waste biological peanut shell is activated by nitric acid and then used for the adsorption of heavy metal ion Cr(VI)in wastewater.The functional groups on the surface of the peanut shell before and after the treatment of nitric acid are characterized by the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR). The result shows that the optimum adsorption conditions of the peanut shell activated by nitric acid to Cr(VI) are as follows:pH=2,T=60 ℃,M=5g/L and t=95 min.Under these conditions,the adsorption efficiency to Cr(VI)reaches to 95.14%,which has been improved by 21.02%,compared with that of the unactivated peanut shell.A reasonable explanation is that the hydroxyl and carboxyl groups on the surface of the activated peanut shell can enhance the adsorption efficiency of the activated peanut shell to Cr(VI).
