分析了高校多媒体教室管理的现状,指出管理人员团队素质、设备条件和设备维护保养方面的不足。为减少多媒体教室的管理成本,在教学中充分发挥多媒体设备功能,提出多媒体教室标准化管理的基本要素,这些要素包括管理人员综合素质提高的标准化、多媒体教室组织管理的标准化、任课教师使用设备技能考核的标准化、建立师生信息反馈通道的标准化、多媒体设备运行保障的标准化。

The key for a multimedia center management is to accomplish elementary control.The pith for the elementary control is to fulfill standardization management.In order to reduce the management cost of multimedia center,to realize the aim for bringing the function of multimedia center into play,and to enhance teachers' and students' satisfactoriness to the quality of multimedia center equipment,it is necessary to implement the standardization management in the multimedia center classrooms. The standardization management has already become one of the management patterns which can reflect the contemporary features.
