摘要
为探索科学合理、能揭示问题、更具可操作性的大型实验设备使用效率测评方案,通过对比分析目前国内高校实验研究型设备和国际上制造企业生产型设备的通用绩效测评方法,借鉴OEE和TEEP通用算法及分析模型,构建了大型实验设备的使用效率分析模型、测评指标体系和计算方法,并对基于OEE和TEEP的大型实验设备使用效率测评方法进行了应用分析,为管理者提供系统、直观分析大型实验设备运行状态的方法。
In order to achieve an evaluation system of the overall equipment effectiveness of large-scale experimental equipment that is scientific,reasonable,able to expose potential problems,and easy to operate, the difference between the general performance evaluation method of the experimental research equipment in domestic universities and that of the production equipment of large manufacture companies in the world are analyzed.Using the same analytical method that the OEE and TEEP models are used in manufacture equipment,for the research equipment,a new model for evaluating the overall equipment effectiveness is provided,together with the complete indicator system and calculation method.This evaluation system to largescale experimental equipment is used.For university administrators,this model and evaluation system provide a more direct and systematic way to monitor the effectiveness of large-scale experimental equipment.
