调节定向与个体创造力的关系研究

摘要 个体的创造力是影响团队技术创新绩效的重要因素。本文以我国多家高新技术企业的管理层和科研人员为样本,采用问卷调查方式对调节定向与科研型员工的个体创造力的关系进行了实证检验。
