中国房地产价格在供需角度的影响因素探讨

摘要 近年来,我国的房地产业得到了飞速发展,有效地带动了国民经济的快速发展。供给与需求的严重不对称导致房地产价格高攀,从而引发了许多的经济和社会问题。因此,研究房地产价格的供需角度影响因素并对房价的未来发展趋势进行预测就显得十分重要。本文在选取的7个指标的基础上,运用灰色关联理论对进行定量分析并得到住房竣工面积和城镇居民人均可支配收入是最关键的影响因素的结论,最后提出针对性建议。
