人力资源管理强度与组织绩效关系实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用网络调查问卷等形式,对不同性质的企业领导和员工进行了调查,运用了SPSS等软件对人力资源管理强度与组织绩效两者间关系进行了相关分析、回归分析以及中介检验,研究发现:人力资源管理强度分别通过组织、员工公平感对组织绩效产生正向影响。
