劳动经济学支持下的战略性人力资源管理分析 被引量:2

摘要 我国正处于飞速发展时期,日新月异的经营环境对企业的科学化经营管理提出新的要求,企业的发展离不开人力资本,从而需要劳动经济学作为理论支持。本文将对战略性人力资源管理和劳动经济学的含义进行简要概述,分析劳动经济学在人力资源管理中的作用和意义。
