摘要
目的研究集料级配、沥青用量、纤维掺量对排水式沥青混合料性能的影响,对排水式沥青混合料进行配合比设计,推广应用排水式沥青混合料.方法选取动稳定度、低温弯曲应变、渗水系数、疲劳寿命及冻融劈裂强度比作为性能评价指标,分析不同级配类型、沥青用量、纤维掺量对排水式沥青混合料性能的影响规律.再利用正交试验方法,并结合综合评分法,开展排水式沥青混合料配合比优化试验研究.结果排水式沥青混合料综合性能最佳的配合比方案:级配中值、沥青质量分数4.3%、纤维掺量0.2%,可有效提高排水式沥青混合料路用性能.结论试验得到了排水式沥青混合料的最佳配合比,可以为排水式沥青混合料配合比设计提供工程技术指导.
In order to study the influence of aggregate grading,oil-stone ratio and fiber content on the performance of OGFC asphalt mixture,in this paper,the mixture proportion design of OGFC asphalt mixture is carried out to promote the application of OGFC asphalt mixture.Five performance measures,dynamic stability,low temperature bending strain,water permeability coefficient,fatigue life and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio,were evaluated.The influence of aggregate grading,oil-stone ratio and fiber content on the road performance of OGFC asphalt mixture were analyzed.Optimization of mixture proportion design of OGFC asphalt mixture was studied by using the orthogonal test method and comprehensive scoring method.The results indicate that the optimum mix proportion scheme for comprehensive performance of OGFC asphalt mixture is as follows,grading median,4.3%oil-stone ratio and 0.2%fiber content.The optimum mix scheme of OGFC asphalt mixture can effectively improve the pavement performance.The optimum mix scheme of OGFC asphalt mixture is obtained from the test,which could provide certain engineering technical guidance for the mixture proportion of OGFC asphalt mixture.
