摘要
目的分析废弃橡胶轮胎构造地基在上部荷载作用下的受力性能,探索地基加固新方法,解决废弃橡胶轮胎构造地基应力传递问题.方法通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立废弃橡胶轮胎构造地基三维模型,研究不同空间构造形式、不同橡胶轮胎直径及不同水平置换长度对废弃橡胶轮胎构造地基附加应力分布、承载性能和位移场的影响,得到附加应力、荷载-位移、侧向位移分布规律曲线.结果废弃橡胶轮胎构造地基的承载性能远优于天然地基;不同空间构造形式和不同水平置换长度对废弃橡胶轮胎构造地基的受力性能影响较大;不同橡胶轮胎直径对废弃橡胶轮胎构造地基的受力性能影响较小.结论由于废弃橡胶轮胎对地基土的环箍效应,废弃橡胶轮胎构造地基能将上部荷载传递下来的应力均匀地扩散在构造地基内部,从而提高地基承载性能.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the mechanical properties of the waste rubber tire foundation under the upper load,and then explore a new method of foundation reinforcement and solve the stress transfer problem of the waste rubber tire foundation.The methods is adopted to establish the three-dimensional model of waste rubber tire construction foundation was through ABAQUS finite element software.The effects of different spatial structures,different rubber tire diameters and different horizontal displacement lengths on the additional stress distribution,bearing capacity and displacement field of the waste rubber tire foundation are studied,and the additional stress,load-displacement and lateral displacement distribution curves are obtained.The results show that the load-bearing performance of the waste rubber tire construction foundation is much better than that of the natural foundation,different spatial construction forms and different horizontal displacement lengths have great influence on the mechanical performance of the waste rubber tire construction foundation,different rubber tire diameters have little influence on the mechanical performance of the waste rubber tire construction foundation.Because of the hoop effect of the waste rubber tire on the foundation soil,the stress transferred from the upper load can be evenly diffused in the foundation,thus improving the bearing capacity of the foundation.
