工科类本科生的研究型学习培养体系探索

Research-based Learning System for Engineering Undergraduates

针对"研究型学习"在工科型院校人才教育中的应用进行了研究和探索,介绍"研究型学习"模式的研究背景、现状和特点,并结合笔者所在学院的工作实践,构建了一套以工科学校为背景,以专业能力和专业素养培育为核心,基于"研究型学习"模式的研究型人才培养体系。并通过对该培养体系的实施现状进行分析,提出若干可以进一步研讨的问题。

This paper focuses on the application of Research-based Learning System in the training process of engineering-majored undergraduate student A full presentation of the exploration and research process is provided in this paper,depicting the background,status and characteristics of Research-based Learning System.Based on work of the author,this paper builds the structure of a Research-based Learning System for engineering-majored colleges education which emphasizes on professional knowledge and skills.Through a close analysis of this particular system,this paper also brings up some questions to be further discussed.
