本科毕业设计(论文)是本科教学过程的重要实践环节,主要培养学生综合应用所学的基础理论、基本知识和基本技能,系统训练学生科学研究和解决工程问题的能力。文中结合自身管理的经验与体会,大胆创新,勇于实践,通过抓保障完善管理体系、抓过程确保各个环节的实效性、抓资源灵活培养学生的创新能力,这样一系列的优化措施,贯穿于整个毕业设计管理的过程,对提高毕业设计质量,充分培养学生的动手实践能力和创新能力发挥了积极作用。

Graduation design(Thesis)is an important practice in undergraduate teaching to train students' comprehensive application,mainly learn the basic theory,basic knowledge and basic skills training,scientific research and the ability to solve engineering problems.Combined with their own management experience,a series of optimization measures are introduced into this paper,such as grasping guarantee,grasping process,grasping resources throughout the whole process of the graduation design.These measures play a positive role in improving the quality of graduation design and strengthening students' practical ability and innovative ability.
