摘要 随着钻井工艺技术水平的提高,要求钻井液循环管汇需具高承压能力、高钻井液输送质量。渤海装备石油机械厂自主研发的系列钻井液循环管汇,压力级别高、钻井液压力损失小、钻井液通过质量高,介绍了产品材料规格、管线强度与射流冲击力计算、加工工艺设计及滤清器工作原理,现场应用表明,产品承压能力强、安装方便,可以为深井钻机及复杂井提供配套模块。 With improvement of drilling process technology,customers come up with higher and higher requirements on drilling fluid circulation manifold.On one hand,drilling fluid circulation manifold is required to have high pressure-bearing capacity.On the other hand,drilling fluid quality is required to be improved.By means of the computer 3D modeling technology,strictly verified calculation and repeated field experiments,the manufacturer independently developed the high-pressure drilling fluid circulation manifold losing less pressure of drilling fluid and allowing a high-quality passage of drilling fluid.Meanwhile,it standardized production process strictly according to the petroleum industrial standards and API standards,making the product a domestic leader in terms of technology.Field application indicated that this product was strong for its pressure bearing capacity,cost-effective,easy for installation,widely applicable and able to be used as a module matching with deep well drilling rig and complicated well.
