摘要
长庆气田气井普遍具有低压、低产、小水量致密气藏特点,气井生产后期受积液影响严重。为此开展排水采气技术研究,研制了具有非金属柱塞、集成化柱塞控制器的非金属一体化柱塞气举排水采气系统,该系统具有远程控制功能,能够进行远程控制和自动优化,实现技术精细化管理,节省人力和物力,现已在长庆、海南福山等气田推广应用300余口井,应用后气井平均日增气0.23×104m3,有效解决了气井积液问题,为致密气藏及低产气井生产后期提供了经济有效的技术方法。
The gas wells in Changqing Gasfield are generally characterized with low pressure,low yield and tight gas reservoirs containing a little water.Late production of gas wells is affected seriously by liquid loading.To eliminate liquid loading in gas wells,we conducted the study into drainage gas recovery technology and developed the MI(Metalloid Integration)plunger gas-lift drainage gas recovery system by combining metalloid plunger with integration plunger controller.The system has the function of remote control,allowing remote control and automatic optimization,implementing fine technology management and saving manpower and material resources.Up till now,it has been applied to more than 300 wells in Changing oilfield and Hainan Fushan oilfield.After the application,the average gas production of the wells is increased by 0.23×104m3per day.The system effectively avoid liquid loading in gas wells and provides an economic and effective technical method for tight gas reservoirs and the later production of low yield gas wells.
