摘要
低温BOG压缩机由于操作温度极低(-161℃),与低温介质接触的零部件材料易发生低温冷脆、断裂,并且冷量传导至润滑和运动系统使压缩机无法正常工作,该类设备长期依赖进口。中国寰球工程公司和沈阳远大压缩机有限公司结合操作工况研制出在低温状态下具有优良的力学性能的超低温、易成形材料—低温球墨铸铁材料及隔冷结构。通过隔冷结构将冷量引导至压缩机润滑油冷却系统,避免了低温部件冷量通过中体传递到常温部件,实现冷能循环利用。该产品采用立式迷宫结构,使得易损件大为减少,操作经济性好,可实现不同挡位的流量调节,现场实际运行表明,压缩机性能完全达到了设计预期。
As the operating temperature is extremely low(-161℃),the materials of the parts that are in contact with low-temperature media in a cryogenic(low-temperature)BOG compressor are prone to be coldly crisp and broken.The conduction of the coldness to the lubrication and motion system can make the compressor unable to work properly.Therefore,such equipment in China is long-term dependent on imports.Combined with operating conditions,the China Huanqiu Contracting&Engineering Corp.and Shenyang Yuanda Compressor Co.Ltd.developed jointly an ultra-low temperature,easy-forming material-cryogenic ductile iron(spheroidal graphite cast iron)or nodular cast iron material and cold-insulation structure with excellent mechanical properties at low temperature.The cooling capacity is guided to the lubricating oil cooling system of the compressor through the cold-isolation structure,which avoids the transmission of the cooling capacity in the cryogenic components to the room temperature parts through the medium body,and realizes the recycling of the cold energy.The product uses a vertical labyrinth(maze)structure,making the wearing parts greatly reduced.The operation is economy,and can achieve flow adjustment in various gears.The actual operation shows that the compressor performance fully meets the design target of expectations.
