The article introduced the development and application of split type phase transformation heating furnace in detail.Through the trial production and function testing in factory,and the field test in some oil fields,the results showed that the furnace featured with compact size,large heating power,convenient installment and wide application.Due to the heating part and burning part are divided into two cavities,the personalized design can be done according to different requirements of the users,which will extend the scope of application,and can be used for heating heavy crude oil,scaled medium and corrosive medium.The furnaces have been installed and applied in many oil fields domestic and abroad,and achieved better results.
