LG360/50 Coiled Tubing Unit

为满足国内页岩气开发的需要,中国石油集团钻井工程技术研究院研制了LG360/50连续管作业机,总体采用两车装自走式方案,主车底盘在滚筒安装处采用框架式结构,滚筒下沉式安装,滚筒容量达Φ50.8mm连续管4800m。通过对液压系统自动化、关键部件协同控制、连续管超低速稳定起下控制等技术的攻关,形成稳定可靠的机电液一体化技术,有效提高整机控制系统的自动化水平和操作安全性。目前LG360/50连续管作业机已在现场广泛应用,推动了连续管作业技术在页岩气开发领域的快速发展,有效提升了我国连续管工程技术服务能力。

CNPC Drilling Research Institute developed LG360/50 coiled tubing unit to satisfy the domestic demand for shale gasdevelopment.The whole unit is a two-truck-mounted structure in a self-propelled manner.The main vehicle chassis adopts a framestructure with the drum installed in a sunk manner.The capacity of the drum is Φ50.8 mm while coiled tubing is 4800 meters long.Basedon synergetic control over hydraulic system automation and key components as well as the study of control technology for ultra-low tripping-instability of coiled tubing,the stable and reliable mechanics-electronics-hydraulics integrated technology is established to effectively improveautomation level and operational safety of the whole control system.Currently,LG360/50 coiled tubing has been widely used on the field,thus promoting rapid development of coiled tubing technology in the shale gas development area and effectively improving China' s coiledtubing engineering technological service capacity.
