全氢工艺生产高黏度4号食品级白油技术

Production of High-viscosity No.4 Food-graded White Oil under Full Hydrogenation Process

为填补国内高黏度食品级白油空缺,以重质馏分油为原料,采用四段高压加氢工艺研发生产了4号高黏度食品级白油,产品蒸发损失小、碳型结构和黏度适宜、光和热稳定性优异,可满足GB1886.215—2016标准要求,达到国外同类产品的质量水平。对其生产工艺进行了介绍,与国外标准和同类产品进行了性能比较,并对在聚苯乙烯生产中的应用进行了实例分析。

To fill the domestic blank in the area of high-viscosity food-graded white oil,PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Co Ltd usedheavy distillate as raw material and adopted the four-stage high-pressure hydrogenation process for production of No.4 high-viscosity food-graded white oil.The product meets the requirements of GB1886.215-2016 thanks to its small evaporating loss,appropriate carbonstructure and viscosity and good photostability and thermal stability,reaching the quality level of its foreign counterparts.This paperintroduces the production process and compares the Chinese and foreign standards and the performances of the products of the same kind.Italso analyzes the application cases in polystyrene production.
