乙炔的高效脱除催化剂LY-C_2-02

摘要 选择性加氢脱除乙炔,是制备聚合级乙烯的关键。LY-C_2-02催化剂应用于石油化工领域采用顺序分离流程的乙烯装置。来自脱乙烷塔顶的C_2馏分,经过计量配氢后,进入C_2加氢反应器,乙炔在催化剂的作用下加氢生成乙烯,从而完全脱除C_2馏分中的乙炔。由于乙炔加氢后生成的乙烯有可能再次加氢生成乙烷,因此避免乙烯的加氢成为C_2选择性加氢过程的关键环节。LY-C_2-02催化剂集成多项专利技术,采用多级分布的孔结构,活性中心合金化程度高,具有活性高、选择性优异等特点,与传统催化剂相比选择性提高了20%,总体性能达到国际先进水平,其中选择性指标领先于同类催化剂。在兰州石化、辽阳石化、大庆石化等公司后加氢流程的乙烯装置使用后产生显著经济效益,具有突出的推广应用价值。 Selective hydrogenation for acetylene removal holds the key to preparation of polymer-graded ethylene.LY-C_2-02 catalyst isused in the ethylene plant of sequential separation process in the petrochemical industry.C_2 fraction from deethanate column is fed into thehydrogenation unit after measured hydro-treatment.Acetylene is hydrogenated under action of the catalyst to be turned into ethylene,thusremoving acetylene completely from C_2 fraction.Prevention of ethylene hydrogenation is the key link in the C_2 selective hydrogenationprocess,because ethylene from hydrogenation of acetylene is likely to be turned into acetylene again after hydrogenation.LY-C_2-02 catalyst is an integration of various technologies and adopts a multi-stage distributed pore structure with the characteristics of high activityand good selectivity.Selectivity of LY-C_2-02 catalyst is improved by 20 percent as compared to the traditional catalysts.The generalperformance reaches the world advanced level,with the indexes of selectivity leading the catalysts of the same kind.It has been used in theethylene plants of post hydrotreating process at Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,Liaoyang Petrochemical Company and DaqingPetrochemical Company and achieved remarkable economic results with a great application value.
