摘要
针对日益严格的环保要求,中国石油抚顺石化公司自主研发了FO-35M催化汽油加氢改质催化剂。该催化剂采用特定的纳米分子筛原料、先进的载体表面酸度调控及活性组分均匀分散技术,在相同烯烃降低幅度下,通过芳构化、异构化反应,将催化汽油中烯烃转化为高辛烷值的芳烃和异构烷烃,辛烷值损失小,液收高,具有一定脱硫性能的特点。与中国石油石油化工研究院开发的催化汽油选择性脱硫催化剂(DSO)联合为催化汽油加氢改质M-DSO技术,可满足炼厂国Ⅴ汽油质量升级需求。催化剂已经先后在中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司、玉门炼油化工总厂、塔西南石化公司实现工业应用,应用效果良好,技术水平处于国内领先地位。
In response to the increasingly strict environmental requirements,PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company developed FCCgasoline hydrogenation catalyst FO-35 M.This catalyst adopts special nanometer molecular sieve,advanced carrier surface acidity regulationand equally-dispersed active component technology.Under the same olefin reduction,olefins in FCC gasoline are turned into high octanenumber aromatic hydrocarbons and isomerization alkane by means of aromatization and isomerization reaction.The catalyst is characterizedfor less loss of octane number,high liquid products yield and certain desulfurization effect.Based on combination with FCC gasolineselective desulfurization catalyst( DSO) developed by Petro China Petrochemical Research Institute,FCC gasoline hydrogenationmodification M-DSO technology can satisfy the demand for upgrading the quality of China V gasoline at the refinery.This catalyst has beenput into industrial application at Petro China's Urumuqi Petrochemical Company,Yumen Oil Refinery and Taxinan Petrochemical Company.With good application results,the catalyst becomes a technological leader in China.
