摘要
在邻苯酚甲醛树脂体系中引入具有长链烷基的取代酚——腰果酚,采用强碱性大孔阴离子交换树脂为催化剂进行改性。经试验研究,得到了较好的制备了腰果酚邻苯基苯酚甲醛树脂粘结剂的工艺条件。通过IR、DSC、TG等手段对腰果酚邻苯基苯酚甲醛树脂的结构、固化性能及耐热性进行了分析,结果表明,合成树脂结构中含有腰果酚,该树脂耐热性优于邻苯基苯酚甲醛树脂,具有优异的韧性及粘结性能。
It was the introducted of substituted phenols--cardanol with long chain alkyl group in the ortho phenol formaldehyde resin system, using strongly basic macroporous anion exchange resin as catalyst was modified, after the test and research, has been well prepared cashew phenol ortho phenyl phenol formaldehyde resin adhesive technology. Through the IR, DSC, TG and other means of cashew phenol ortho phenyl phenol formaldehyde resin structure, curing properties and heat resistance are analyzed, results show that, the synthetic resin structure contains cardanol, the resin heat resistance is better than that of ortho phenyl phenol formaldehyde resin, toughness and excellent bonding properties.
