The production process and chemical reaction principle of pure oil-soluble phenolic resins were introduced. The material hazardous factors, process hazardous factors and job hazardous factors in the production, as well as the identification of major hazard installations for dangerous chemicals were analysis overall in the work. Safety measures were put forward for the overall layout, major process, automatic control system, auxiliary project, emergency rescue and safety management to prevent hazardous factors. To meet the demand of safety facility 'three simultaneousness' of construction project, it is necessary to strengthen protective measures and carry out emergency exercise.
