摘要
为达到补充优化防感合剂的薄层鉴别及含量测定方法,提高其质量标准的目的。采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对制剂中的白芍、炙黄芪、白术进行定性鉴别;运用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)测定制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。色谱条件:Hedera C18ODS-2柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(32:68);蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)。摸索并优化了3味中药饮片的薄层色谱方法,可进行专属性定性分析;黄芪甲苷在进样量2.5~25μg内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9991,平均回收率101.03%,RSD为0.73%。本文所建立的质量控制方法可准确地进行定性和定量检测,方法可靠,重复性好,对进一步完善防感合剂的内在质量控制标准具有重要的参考价值。
To impove the quality standard of Fanggan Heji.The TLC method was used to identify Paeoniae Radix Alba、Astragali Radix and Atractylodes macrocephala.The study of HPLC-ELSD method was carried out to determine the content of AstragalosideⅣ.The samples were separated by Hedera C18 ODS column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm);the mobile phase composition was acetonitrile-water (32:68).The TLC method is good in separation,strong in specificity;Astragaloside Ⅳ was linear in the range of 2.5~25 μg (r = 0.9991),The average recoveries was 101.03 ,RSD = 0.73%.The method is simple,feasible and reproducible.It can provide reference data for the improving quality control of Fanggan Heji.
