Research into the New Synthetic Route of Amino-pyridine Derivatives

基吡啶类衍生物是重要的有机化中间体,在农药、医药、高分子等领域应用范围很广。本文综述了以不同起始原料合成不同氨基吡啶类衍生物的合成方法。对目前的合成方法的优缺点进行讨论并提出了新的合成方法。

Amino-pyridinederivatives is an important organic intermediates,which were widely used in pharmacy,energetic and polymer-materials industry.Methods for the preparation of different amino-pyridine derivatives from various starting materials were summarized in the present paper. The present synthetic routes to come and the new synthetic method were discussed.
